This conference is a no-nonsense business exchange designed to provide profit-impacting information to senior executives in the plastics manufacturing industry. The conference is anchored with best practices and leading benchmark presentations derived from the industry’s best known sources of statistical information. UPDATE: Our Vice President of Additive Manufacturing, Ed Graham, will sit on a panel at the conference alongside other experts in 3D additive manufacturing.
This year’s theme — BE EXTRAORDINARY — is designed to inspire, motivate, and educate processors on how to positively influence the people around them. The core of this year’s Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference will address leadership, operational best practices, the latest financial benchmarks, sales and marketing, and the impact of employees on the bottom-line.
The goal of the conference is to help plastics companies improve their operations and tactics in order to impact bottom-line profits by providing networking opportunities and presentations with the industry’s best professionals. Known as the absolute best benchmarks in the industry, these presentations identify and correlate profitability to operational behaviors, market choices and more. Over 600 plastics professionals are expected to attend this event, which includes expert presentations, featured speakers, and the best networking opportunities in the industry.
Graham will sit on a panel on Thursday at 10:20 a.m. discussing “Advancement with Additive Manufacturing – 3D Printing – More Processor Applications” alongside Kevin Allison of Crescent Industries Inc; Scott Kraemer of Carbon; and Shaun Karn of Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering, Inc. The panelists will discuss how they are currently utilizing 3D printing, how industrial 3D printing is helping product designers and engineers develop functional prototypes and end-use production parts faster and more economically than before, and where the technology is going in the near future.
